Curriculum & Programs Offered

Teachers plan activities to meet the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and creative development of each child.

Infants

Infants are engaged in many one-to-one interactions with their caregivers. Teachers respond quickly, warmly, and patiently to infant cries because they know this is the infant’s only way of communicating and an important way to help build trust. Our stimulating infant play areas include activities such as floor gyms, texture and stacking toys, and many others to allow gross motor, fine motor, and imaginative play skills to grow and accelerate continuously.

Toddlers

Toddlers have plenty of opportunities to explore their surroundings. Activities they frequently engage in are blocks, dramatic play, water tables, outdoor recess, and creating with art materials. Toddlers’ daily routines are utilized as learning experiences to help them become more independent.

Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten

Preschoolers are offered many opportunities to explore, manipulate, and discover their environments through learning centers and project-based materials.

These centers include Blocks, Dramatic Play, Music, Language, Science/Math, Art, Manipulatives, Sand, and Water.
Our teaching staff (toddlers-preschoolers) implement a curriculum based on the "Project Approach.” This is a child-based way of learning in which teachers listen and observe the children and then use the children’s interests to develop the curriculum. A key feature of the Project Approach is that children find the answers to questions posed by themselves or the teachers through investigations, explorations, and activities.
